We’re proud of our CulinAero sandwiches. Sandwiches are popular lunch items, and no one at the GICC will ever get a humdrum combination of meat and bread. CulinAero Paninis are proof!
Our Panini sandwiches start with a baguette, a long, thin loaf of French bread, that’s so tasty it could be a meal by itself! We stack it high with thick-sliced pecan smoked pork and ham. We rub, cure and smoke the pork and ham all night right here in our kitchen. When it’s ready, it’s as tender as it can be, and you can taste a hint of smoke and pecan. We cover the meat with our homemade spicy mustard, slices of Swiss cheese and pickles, and then cover it with melted Gruyere cheese. Some say it’s a sandwich, most say it’s a meal!
