Rosemary Balsamic Chicken

Delta Air Lines is hosting a leadership conference here soon. For lunch we’re preparing a Rosemary Balsamic Chicken breast that’s always popular. Here’s how we prepare it:
 
- Marinade skin on chicken breast in 1 part aged balsamic vinegar and 2 parts extra virgin olive oil

- Add fresh chopped rosemary and chopped fresh garlic , fresh ground black pepper and kosher salt

- Let chicken breast marinade over night

- Bake in a preheated 375* oven bake for 20 min

We dress the plate with balsamic glaze and serve with roasted potatoes and vegetables. Delicious!
